    I'm a Holistic Nutrition & Metabolic Balance Coach, and the founder of Rainbow Nutrition.

    When I moved from Australia to Canada with my young family in 2021, it was a major life shift - I was navigating stress, hormonal changes, and weight gain that slowly crept up (20 pounds in 4 years). 

    Even with a nutrition degree, I couldn’t simply “try harder” and expect my body to respond the way it used to.  It was confronting.

    Like many people, I’d done diets before. They worked temporarily, but they weren’t sustainable — and they didn’t support my long-term health. With a strong family history of heart disease, I knew I needed an approach that improved more than my weight. I needed something that supported my health, my hormones, and my future.

    That experience taught me something important:

       Midlife weight loss needs a different strategy.
    One that supports the interplay of hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and stress — not just “eat less and move more.”

    Through my professional training, I was introduced to Metabolic Balance, and it immediately aligned with the way I believe weight loss should be done: using whole foods, a personalised program, and sustainable habits that fit real life.

    I signed up straight away, bacame a Metabolic Balance Coach and did the program myself.  I lost 9kg in the first 3 months!  That's those 20 pounds gone!!

    It simplified my food choices, reduced the stress around eating, and helped me feel balanced again — not just lighter, but more in control.
